After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University, she earned her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, graduating cum laude in 2019. Samantha is certified as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in New York State Surrogate’s Court. She also holds certification as a court-appointed guardian, court evaluator, and attorney for alleged incapacitated parties in the New York State Supreme Court.
