Daniel R. Antonelli

Daniel R. Antonelli is a graduate of California Western School of Law. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007 and shortly thereafter joined in the practice of law with his father, Richard C. Antonelli. Daniel handles matters concerning probate of decedents’ estates, estate litigation, estate planning, and real estate.

As a registered Court-Appointed Fiduciary in New York State Surrogate’s Court, and through private practice, Daniel has worked on numerous cases involving the administration of decedents’ estates. Such matters include petitions for probate and administration, applications to transfer real property, contested wills, judicial accountings and contested accountings, personal injury/wrongful death compromise proceedings, and kinship hearings.

Daniel is a Trustee of the Brooklyn Bar Association where he chairs the Young Lawyers Section and the Computer Technology Committee. He also sits on the Surrogate’s Court Committee and is a member of the Decedent’s Estates Section. Daniel is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates Section and the New York County Lawyers Association.
